Questions

Can owners pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. Owners can pay a deposit or the full price when they book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes straight to your bank account. Or they can pay on the day, whichever you prefer.

Can I charge different prices for different sized dogs?

Yes. Every service can have its own price and length for each size of dog, so a full groom for a cockapoo and a full groom for a newfoundland are priced and timed correctly.

Do I have to pay every month?

No. You can buy your booking system outright with a one-off payment, or subscribe monthly if you’d rather spread the cost. There’s no commission and no fee per booking either way.

Can it go on my existing website?

Usually, yes. It can normally sit on your current website and be linked from your Book button. If your site is old or slow, we’ll give you an honest recommendation on your free call.
