Giveaway terms

1. Promoter. This giveaway is run by Motion Foundry (Jasmine Johal, sole trader), Nottinghamshire, UK. Contact: hello@motionfoundry.co.uk.
2. Free to enter. No purchase is necessary. You do not need to like, share, tag or follow anything to enter. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform.
3. Who can enter. Open to businesses based in the UK, entered by someone aged 18 or over who is authorised to act for the business. The business must not currently use an online booking system. One entry per business; duplicate entries will only count once. Not open to Motion Foundry or its immediate family.
4. How to enter. Complete the entry form on this page. Entries close at 23:59 (UK time) on Sunday 30 November 2026. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
5. Choosing the winners. The promoter will read every entry and choose a shortlist, based on the answers given and how much a booking system would help the business. The shortlist will be announced on or around 3 December 2026. Three names will then be drawn at random from the shortlist on or around 5 December 2026: the first name drawn wins 1st prize, the second 2nd prize and the third 3rd prize.
6. 1st prize. A Motion Foundry booking system, set up for the winner and free of subscription charges for 12 months from the date it goes live. If the winner already has a website, the booking system will be added to it (this may need the winner's login details or help from whoever manages their site). If the winner has no website, the promoter will build a simple website of up to 5 pages using the winner's own text and photos, with hosting and a domain name included free for the first year.
7. 2nd and 3rd prizes. 50% off (2nd) or 30% off (3rd) the set-up fee and the booking system subscription for the first 12 months from the date it goes live. These prizes must be claimed by 31 January 2027.
8. What the booking system includes. 1 business location; up to 3 staff, each with their own login and diary; up to 20 services; an admin dashboard showing customers, staff and the bookings calendar; customer accounts (sign in with email and password, save details, and book, change or cancel in line with the business's cancellation policy); online booking 24/7; email confirmations and reminders; set-up of services, staff and opening hours; and a 30-minute video training call. Extra locations or staff, SMS reminders, online deposits or payments, logo design, online shops, extra pages and major changes after launch are not included but are available at the promoter's normal prices.
9. After 12 months. Winners can continue at the normal monthly price or cancel with no obligation. No card details are needed for the free or discounted year, and we will remind you at least 30 days before it ends.
10. Winners. Winners will be contacted by email by 7 December 2026 and must reply within 14 days to accept, or another name may be drawn. Winners need to provide the information needed to set up their system (such as services, prices, opening hours, and text and photos for a website) within a reasonable time. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. If something outside the promoter's control means a prize cannot be provided as described, a prize of similar value will be offered instead.
11. Announcing winners. The winning business names and towns will be announced on Motion Foundry's website and social media. We will only share more, such as photos, reviews or a case study, with the winner's permission.
12. Your data. We use the details you give us to run this giveaway and contact you about it. We keep entries until 31 March 2027 and then delete them, unless you become a customer or have asked to hear about offers. See our privacy policy for more.
13. Changes. The promoter may change or cancel the giveaway if something outside its control makes it necessary, and will explain any change on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
