How we look after your information
We only collect what we need to reply to you, do your work and get paid. We never sell your information, and we never use it for advertising.
Who we are
Motion Foundry is run by Jasmine Johal, a sole trader trading as Motion Foundry. She is responsible for your information (the “data controller”).

Our booking demos save example bookings in your own browser only. They are never sent to us.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services we use to run the business, and only what they need:
- Stripe: takes card payments.
- Resend: sends our website emails, such as your confirmation.
- Google: our email inbox (Gmail) and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and forwards our email.
- Our accountant or HMRC, if needed for tax.
Some of these companies store information outside the UK, including in the USA. When they do, it’s protected by safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK‑US Data Bridge or standard contract terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become orders: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Orders and invoices: 6 years after the end of the tax year, because the law requires us to keep business records.
- Google Analytics: kept by Google for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- send you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law
- stop or limit how we use it
- send your information to you, or to someone else, in a standard format
If you gave consent (for example, for cookies), you can withdraw it at any time. Just email hello@motionfoundry.co.uk. It’s free, and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Keeping it safe
This website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Payments go through Stripe’s secure checkout. Our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step sign-in.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date below.
