Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. Clients can pay a deposit or the full price when they book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes straight to your bank account. Or they can pay on the day, whichever you prefer.

Can each therapist have their own treatments and hours?

Yes. Every person on your team has their own working hours and their own list of treatments, so clients can only book someone who’s trained for what they’ve chosen.

Do I have to pay every month?

No. You can buy your booking system outright with a one-off payment, or subscribe monthly if you’d rather spread the cost. There’s no commission and no fee per booking either way.

Is it different from Fresha or Booksy?

Yes. Your system lives on your own website with your own branding, so clients book with you, not on a marketplace that shows them other salons. And there’s no commission on your bookings.

Can it go on my existing website?

Usually, yes. It can normally sit on your current website and be linked from your Book button. If your site is old or slow, we’ll give you an honest recommendation on your free call.
